Nets trading for D12?
Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard can opt to become a free agent next summer and the general consensus is that he'll do just that. In case the Magic want to unload Howard now and move on to the next stage in their history, the New Jersey Nets are ready to offer center Brook Lopez and two first-round picks for him, according to ESPN.

Chandler expects to leave Mavs:
Tyson Chandler expects to leave the Dallas Mavericks during the free agent period. "I really think I'm going to be on a new team come trainig camp. I'm really taking a hard look at all of my options, trying to see what best suits me", Chandler told ESPN.com and also added that he was dissapointed by the teams decision not to offer him an extension.

While the Clippers would an alternative choice for Chris Paul if he is unable to end up with the Knicks, the team's preference is to pursue Dwight Howard by all means necessary say sources.

The Clippers will do everything they can to acquire Howard short of trading Blake Griffin.

Howard and Paul are members of the 2012 free agency class.

Arenas, Ron Artest, Rashard Lewis, Baron Davis and Brandon Roy might get dumped?
.
Arenas could be set loose by the Orlando Magic, who owe him $62.4 million over the next three years. Rashard Lewis ($46 million, two years) could be dumped by the Washington Wizards. Brandon Roy, Baron Davis and Metta World Peace — the player formerly known as Ron Artest — could all spill into the market. New York Times
.
.
Warriors Looking for Big Man down low:
.
The Warriors say they're not considering an amnesty for Biedrins. Instead, they want to make a push to acquire a big man, such as Tyson Chandler, Samuel Dalembert, Marc Gasol, DeAndre Jordan or Nene. San Francisco Chronicle
.
.
Rudy coming back to dallas or staying with Real?
.
.
Reports in Spain suggest that Rudy Fernandez plans to ask the Dallas Mavericks for a buyout that would allow him to continue playing with Real Madrid this season, but the rumors were shot down by a reliable source. “Rudy Fernandez’s plan is to join the Mavericks next week and play with them this year,” the source said. “Asking for a buyout is not an option at this moment at all. He wants to play with Dallas and do a good job there.”
.
Rudy Fernandez will travel to Dallas next Monday and will tell Mavs he wants to continue his career with Real M. Real is optimistic about Rudy returning to the club this season.
.
.
.
Dalmbert to Miami or New York?
.
Joining the Heat "would be fantastic," Dalembert said Sunday night from Haiti in an interview with FOX Sports Florida. Miami is where more than 50 of his relatives live and is about one hour south of his home in Boca Raton. As for the volunteering part, Dalembert likely would require a big pay cut to join the Heat, which will be over the salary cap. Dalembert, who made $13.43 million last season for Sacramento, might have to sign for the $5 million mid-level exception. FOXSports Florida
.
Dalembert wouldn't say he would agree to that. But he did say "what is best for you might not be for the most money." And he definitely likes the Heat. "I'm keeping all my options open, but Miami could be a good fit for me," Dalembert said.
.
But the Heat has advantages New York and Houston don't. Miami is among the favorites for the NBA title and the city has a large Haitian population. "All the Haitian people I talk to say, ‘You have to come to Miami,"' Dalembert said.
.
"It's one of my options as well," Dalembert said of New York, where he spent portions of the offseason working out with Elton Brand, his one-time teammate in Philadelphia. "It's a building process. It can be similar to Miami when they get all the pieces together. It's something that can work and they need a big," he said, adding that if the Knicks get a quality center, Amar'e Stoudemire can play less at center and more at his natural position of power forward. FOXSports Florida
.
.
Iverson Coming Back?
.
Just to be clear on this, Allen Iverson is not walking through that door. But the possibility is something the Celtics [team stats] have considered - and could revisit. Danny Ainge always has been a fan of Iverson, and he tried very hard to get him here in the summer of 2006 and the season that followed. A number of times, the Celtics president of basketball operations was in talks with the 76ers before Iverson was shipped to Denver. Boston Herald
.
.
.
Gallinari Coming Back:
Danilo Gallinari, who plans to return from his side job as a pro player in Italy in time for Nuggets camp Dec. 9. "Gallo is entering his fourth year, and I think it's an opportunity for him to break out and emerge as a star player in the league," said Gallinari's agent, Lee Melchionni of the Wasserman Media Group. Denver Post
.
When he initially signed in Milan (during the lockout), the team didn't want him to become the focal point, knowing that he would return to the NBA once the lockout had ended," Melchionni said. "But once the season started for them, he moved into the starting lineup. He's playing well. They won several Euroleague games. Gallo really has enjoyed not only being home with his family, but getting to play high-level basketball during the lockout." Denver Post
.
.
.
Nocioni staying in Argentine?
Andres Nocioni: It's just that one must not forget what the essence of this sport is. As much as I play in another world, I like this. I'm very much a small-town man. I'm happy in this atmosphere, with people shouting and supporting us, with the respect showed by my teammates, playing with friends like Leo Gutiérrez and Sergio Hernández. I enjoyed this much more than I would winning an NBA title. I'm happy like this, here I play because I like it and I can feel it, there in the United States I play because it's my job.
